We will also collect credit card information during our Onboarding Call so please be sure to have that information accessible. This will be to set up any initial accounts needed (ie. Call Tracking, Hosting, etc)
Domain Name: If you are not sure where your domain name was purchased, please click here and type in your URL in the search bar. If you scroll down to Registrar Information you will find the name of where your domain is purchased, please provide the login for this account below.
If you are still unaware of the login information for that platform, we recommend searching the name found under Registrar Information and trying to find a login link. If this login is not already saved in your browser, we recommend looking for a "Forgot Password" option and following those steps.
This login is for the backend of the website, otherwise known as a CMS (Content Management System). If you use a platform other than WordPress, please provide that login below.
This is the platform that your website is being stored ("hosted") on. Some common ones are WPEngine, Square Space, Wix, etc. If you are unsure of where to find this, please choose "Discuss on Call"
